HEART COLLECTIONS

Lisa Congdon is an illustrator, designer, educator, and modern design pioneer. As a mostly self-taught illustrator and designer with a similar style and journey, I chose to study and emulate Congdon's style for my book, Heart Collections.

Heart Collections is a tribute to the works of Lisa Congdon and my family. Drawing inspiration from one of Congdon's earlier projects A Collection a Day, and her many illustrative commissions, Heart Collections combines photography and digital illustration using Procreate to highlight some of my family members and the objects that remind me of their uniqueness.
